Animal transportation

Pets transportation is an additional service for which passengers are charged an applicable fee. You can check the cost of transporting your pet on your flight and pay for the service during the ticket purchase process at the stage of selecting additional services. If the pets transport limit for a flight is exceeded, payment will not be processed via the website, nor can it be accepted through an agency.

For detailed information about the service, please contact the call center: +998 55 518 88 88.

1. Pets transportation on Centrum Air passenger aircraft is allowed only in the cabin and only if the animal is secured in a transportation container (carrier) that meets established regulations. The total weight of the animal and the carrier must not exceed 10 kg.

2. On Centrum Air flights, only cats and dogs are permitted as pets and can only be transported in the passenger cabin (not in cargo compartments). Transportation of other types of animals in the cabin is allowed only with prior notification to the airline and written approval from a Centrum Air representative.

3. The following animals are not allowed for transportation:

- Animals listed in the Red Book of endangered species

- Poisonous animals

- Sick or infected animals

- Laboratory animals

- Brachycephalic breeds (dogs and cats with short, flat snouts)

- Animals with a strong or specific odor

4. Requests for transporting animals must be submitted to the airline in advance, no less than 24 hours before the flight's departure. Failure to do so will result in the animal being denied boarding.

5. The ability to transport animals is subject to the local regulations of the departure, transit, and destination countries.

6. Passengers are responsible for obtaining all required accompanying documents and complying with the regulations of all countries on the travel route, including transit and destination countries. Transport may be denied if the necessary documents are incomplete or incorrectly filled out.

7. The accompanying documents required for transporting animals include:

- A pet passport

- Vaccination certificates

- Veterinary documentation

- Any additional documents required by the countries of departure, transit, and destination (for service animals, proof of training and documentation certifying the animal’s service status are also required).

8. The transportation container (carrier) must be provided by the passenger transporting the animal. The container must be appropriately designed for the type of animal being transported, allowing the animal to stand, turn, and lie down comfortably inside.

9. Transporting two or more pets in one container is permitted if the animals are of the same species and are related, although this is not recommended. The container must have a secure locking mechanism to prevent it from being opened accidentally or by the animal itself. It should also provide adequate ventilation and have an absorbent lining on the bottom to prevent leakage (using an absorbent pad is recommended).

10. The container must remain closed throughout the flight, with the animal securely inside. During the flight, the container must be placed under the seat in front of the passenger. Removing the animal from the container, releasing it, or feeding it during the flight is strictly prohibited.
