New Special Menu on Board Centrum Air

Centrum Air cares about your comfort and attention to detail at every stage of your journey, including during your flight. Now, on international flights from Tashkent, passengers can choose from nine types of special meals designed to meet different tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements.

In addition to the signature Uzbek plov, the onboard menu now features thoughtfully crafted and delicious dishes, allowing every passenger to enjoy a meal that suits them — whether it’s a light fruit platter, a gluten-free option, or a rich, spicy Indian dish.

1. Asian Vegetarian Meal
Stuffed grape leaves with pasta garnish, broccoli and roasted tomatoes, cheese appetizer, vegetable salad, spiced bun, and lemon-flavored milk dessert.

2. Child Meal (ages 2–12)
Chicken roll, cheese, Greek salad, crispy chicken sticks with vegetable rice garnish, brownie cake, apple, and juice.
Price: 195,000 UZS

3. Diabetic Meal
Cold cuts of “Parvoz” sausage and chicken roll, cheese appetizer, Caesar salad, poultry fillet with boiled buckwheat and roasted tomatoes, gluten-free bread, and lemon dessert.

4. Fruit Platter
Fresh croissant, sliced apples and oranges, dried fruits (apricots, raisins, walnuts), jam, and lemon.

5. Gluten-Free Meal
Cold beef and poultry appetizer, vegetable salad, festive beef plov, and seasonal fruit dessert.
Price: 210,000 UZS

6. Indian Meal
Cold appetizers (poultry and two types of cheese), vegetable salad, hot “Chicken Chili” dish, puff pastry with chicken fillet, and brownie cake.

7. Strict Vegetarian Meal
Vegetable salad, fruit platter, dried fruits (apricots, raisins, almonds, walnuts), spices, soft and hot drinks.

8. Lactose-Free Meal
Vegetable salad, Hindi vegetable stew, seasonal fruit dessert, dried fruits (apricots, raisins, almonds, mixed nuts).

9. National Menu
Signature Uzbek plov, fresh vegetables, traditional bread (lepeshka), and oriental sweets.

How to Order a Special Meal

To make your flight as comfortable as possible, please order your special meal in advance. You can do this in several ways:

When booking your ticket
After selecting your flight and fare, check the “Special Meal” option and choose your preferred menu from the list.

After purchasing your ticket
If you already have a ticket, you can add a meal order through the Manage Booking section on centrumair.com, in the Centrum Air mobile app, or by contacting customer support — simply provide your booking number and the desired menu.

Through a travel agency
If your ticket was purchased via a partner agency, inform your manager that you would like to add a special meal — they will make the necessary changes to your booking.

Important Information

The special meal service depends on your selected fare.
In Base and Optimal fares, the service is available for an additional fee, while in the Comfort fare it is provided free of charge.

On flights lasting up to 2 hours, passengers are offered soft drinks and snacks. Ordering a special meal on these flights is not possible.

On flights over 2 hours, you may order a special meal no later than 24 hours before departure.
