Centrum Air has reinforced its status as a technology leader in the region, becoming the first airline in Central Asia to integrate an innovative tool — crypto acquiring from the Asterium platform — on its official website. This solution opens up a fundamentally new level of financial capability for passengers, expanding the standard range of payment instruments to include cutting-edge crypto technologies. The integration of Asterium's crypto acquiring system has effectively eliminated the barriers between traditional finance and crypto assets. The process of purchasing airline tickets has become seamless and remarkably simple. When booking a standard flight on the airline's official website, the passenger selects the national currency (UZS) as the settlement unit. Upon confirming the transaction through an Asterium crypto wallet, the system instantly sells the user's crypto assets in the background. The funds are then transferred directly and without delay, in national currency, to Centrum Air's bank account. In addition to the website integration, the partnership opens up new opportunities for holders of Asterium crypto cards. These fintech solutions work in synergy with both the national payment system Humo and the international payment giants Visa and Mastercard.Tickets can be booked on the official website, centrum-air.com.
