Uzbek airline Centrum Air has announced the launch of direct scheduled flights to the capital of India — Delhi. The first flights will take place on October 3, 2025, with services operated twice a week on modern and comfortable Airbus A320aircraft.

India today is one of the world’s key destinations for medical tourism. According to the Ministry of Tourism of India, in January–April 2025, the country welcomed 131,856 foreign visitors on medical visas, accounting for about 4.1% of all international visas issued during that period. Among them were 8,921 travelers from Uzbekistan, reflecting a steady growth in demand for medical treatment in India in recent years.

Centrum Air announces the launch of its new Priority service, now available to passengers at all airports within the airline's route network. The service is designed to significantly reduce time spent on pre-flight procedures and ensure a smooth, stress-free start to every journey.Passengers who purchase Priority benefit from three key advantages:Dedicated check-in counter — no waiting in the general queuePriority baggage drop — fast and without delayEarly boarding — be among the first on board to comfortably stow your carry-on luggage in the overhead binsTo activate the service, passengers should proceed to the Priority check-in counter in the departure hall, pay for the service, and receive a Priority sticker for their boarding pass. At the gate, simply show the sticker to a Centrum Air staff member to board ahead of other passengers.At Tashkent Airport, payment is made at the Centrum Air ticket desk located in the check-in area.Priority is available at 144,000 UZS ($12) per passenger when purchased at least 24 hours before departure. Payment made after this deadline is subject to a 20% surcharge.The service is particularly recommended at the busiest airports in the network — Dubai, Moscow, Frankfurt, Tashkent, and Tbilisi — and is also available at all other airports served by Centrum Air. On 12 May 2026, Guangzhou became the venue for the Airline Product Briefing Seminar – a professional gathering bringing together Centrum Air and representatives of China's travel industry. The event was held at the five-star Jianguo Hotel and organised in partnership with Oriental Sky Aviation, the airline's regional partner in China.The seminar drew over 120 travel industry professionals, including traditional travel agencies, online travel agencies (OTAs), and corporate travel management companies (TMCs).
